1. i love valentine's day.
i love it for the pure fact that it forces people to really recognize what/who they have and love (if they don't do it every day already). i wouldn't have had my "love day" any other way. spent with good friends over a long dinner outside on a "brink-of-spring" kind of night. excellent people watching...oh the countless dates. i am so lucky.

2. yesterday i had the best bare arms jog i've had in a long time. i'm so thankful for that feeling when the sun shines after a long spell of rain and overcast days. i swear i got some new freckles. god bless vitamin d.

3. daffodils. i love what they symbolize. the coming of spring. the rebirth of something beautiful after hybernating all winter. the bright happy color yellow.

4. garage singing sessions. this kiss. happy girl. secret of life. if i could be any sort of famous, it would without a doubt be a country singer. something carrie underwood-like.

5. saturday mornings. i heart them.
